Returns

• Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• Inspection: After we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds

Exchanges

Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping within New Zealand. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Rural areas to be estimated

• Express Shipping:

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150.

Order Tracking

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within New Zealand. We do not ship internationally.
